Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room I stayed in didn't look like the one on the website, and the room was quite hot when we arrived, but that was easy to fix. Despite the initial discomfort, it was one of the biggest rooms I've stayed in.
The hotel has a charming atmosphere, but the rooms could do with an upgrade and cleanliness was not great. Despite being next to a pub with loud patrons, the ensuite rooms offer convenience. On the downside, there are nearby refrigeration units causing noise disturbances.
The hotel had comfy rooms with plenty of tea and coffee choices, but they felt very dark and were not soundproof. The service was superb, quick to rectify any issues, although understaffed at times. The location was really good but noisy on weekends. The dining experience was a bit slow and let down by cleanliness issues with the toaster. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks.
